Schedule: Mon - Thurs, 3:00pm - 1:30pm, OT required What You Will Do Assemble mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished products across one or more product lines Prepare, process, install, rework, test, and inspect components to ensure quality specifications are met Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to complete builds accurately Monitor, document, and maintain production and quality records in accordance with company standards Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations Perform basic set-up, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks of your work area Utilize computers and manufacturing systems to support documentation and production processes Maintain a safe and organized work environment, supporting 6S and continuous improvement initiatives What You Need Preferred: High school diploma or GED Previous manufacturing or assembly experience Familiarity with quality systems or regulated environments Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English Ability to work assigned shift and required overtime, including weekends Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry 10-50 lbs.; occasionally up to 75 lbs with assistance Perform repetitive motions and tasks for extended periods Stand, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed Use hands for fine manipulation and coordination of tools/components Work in an environment that may involve noise and machinery Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates. $21.25/hr + $2.00 shift premium, plus bonus eligible and benefits.
