Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Tool & Die Supervisor in the Cookeville, TN area.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise tooling personnel, assign work, and monitor progress

Lead troubleshooting, corrective actions, and long-term solutions for die issues

Manage tooling spare parts, drawings, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility

knowledge of materials, coatings, and heat treatment to improve die durability

Coordinate priorities with production and engineering teams

Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance tooling performance and shopanization

Enforce safety standards, mentor toolmakers, and develop team skills

Track tooling performance, downtime, and maintenance metrics

Qualifications:

Associate's/Technical degree or higher preferred

5+ years of metal stamping tooling experience

2+ years leading teams within a manufacturing or tool room environment

Hands-on experience with progressive dies strongly preferred

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
