Stockroom Associate I (23995)

Job Summary:

Primary duty is SMT trolley set up only.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to read, follow and understand detailed and complex work instructions
• Must be able to work with your hands, all day, with dexterity
• Must be able to stand at a work station all day
• Must be able to put parts on feeders, and then on the trolley in the correct slots
• Must learn to troubleshoot equipment and tape issues
• Must perform "splicing" of parts together in the correct format
• Fill out paperwork and sign off on all required areas, legibly
• Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required
• Ability to work on repetitive tasks with repetitive motions daily
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining complete accuracy
• Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently
• Must verify (audit) the work of others
• Must be able to accept constructive criticism and feedback about performance
• Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and accurately
• Must be able to stand at a workstation all day
• Must pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6, taught on site
• Perform other related duties as assigned
