Job Purpose: Performs manual and machine operator tasks related to folder and gluer of product and other finishing operations.

Department Function:
To produce and deliver the best quality products for our customers

Main Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Able to read and understand TigerPress job tickets/instructions
Set u and adjust the folder gluing machine to run to the job specifications
Operator will periodically check samples to ensure that they comply with the quality acceptance criteria
Will maintain a master sample case per load
Maintain an orderly and clean work area
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Responsible for producing a quality product

Other Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures .
Perform other tasks and duties from time to time as requested by management.
Report all issues into feedback .

Baumer HHS Glue Systems
Parfa Glue System
International Right-Angle Gluer
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
One+ year experience
Thorough understanding of folding carton gluing equipment capabilities
Ability to direct assisting crew members as to their responsibilities

Physical Requirements:
Excellent overall health and physical condition
Heavy lifting - able to lift 45 lbs. repeatedly
Able to work standing/walking/on feet all day
Frequent stooping/bending/crawling/climbing and kneeling
Frequent repetitive motion
