Training is completed on 1st shift before transitioning to a consistent 2nd shift schedule.

What You'll Do

Learn CNC machine operation and production processes

Read work instructions and blueprints

Use measurement tools including calipers and micrometers

Inspect parts for quality and accuracy

Load materials and monitor machine performance

Work closely with experienced machinists and supervisors

Maintain a clean and safe work environment
