SALARY : $22.53 (when daily overtime is calculated, the factored rate is $26.28/hr)

SHIFT SCHEDULE:

  • 12 hours (rotating days/nights) every 4 weeks

  • 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, 6:00 pm - 6:00 am

  • Two 3-day weekends off a month

ROLE SUMMARY:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive forklift to stack/unstack products, and load/unload trucks

  • Perform quality inspections to maintain quality standards

  • Work with a team to read and interpret information, monitor equipment, and inspect products to maintain quality standards

  • Operate can manufacturing equipment

  • Follow safe work practices including first aid and emergency procedures, safety is our first priority

  • Participate in group discussions and problem solving activities as needed

  • Assist other Team Members to accomplish tasks, at AB were never satisfied and always looking to improve upon ourselves

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school Diploma or GED

  • 1-3 years of industrial experience, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment

  • Basic knowledge of equipment and machinery

  • Proven troubleshooting skills

  • Able and willing to work mandatory overtime as required

  • Superior work history, including good attendance

  • Forklift operating experience preferred
