Production Supervisor in Chardon OH

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor with plastic experience for a great client located in Ohio. This is a highly production-driven role requiring strong leadership, attention to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment. Shift & Schedule Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Sunday-Friday midnight finish) 3rd Shift: Starts Sunday at 12:00 AM (kicks off production week) Hours: 8-hour shifts + 1 hour mandatory overtime (9-10 hour days typical) Schedule: 24/5 continuous operation Key Responsibilities Stay actively engaged on the production floor at all times Support QA processes, including checking product quality and gathering materials Oversee and manage 1-2 extrusion lines per shift Lead and coordinate line workers to meet high production targets Execute frequent product changeovers using established numerical/paper-based processes Maintain workflow efficiency in a demanding, high-throughput environment Qualifications Prior plastic extrusion experience preferred Open to strong machine operators with leadership potential Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, production-focused setting Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Comfortable working with minimal downtime and high output expectations Why Join Us?
