Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Bill of Materials Coordinator to support the accuracy and maintenance of product and raw material data within our ERP system while helping drive efficiency across the business.
In this role, you'll work closely with Finance, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and Purchasing to ensure bill of materials data is accurate, timely, and aligned with operational needs. You'll play an important role in supporting product setup, maintaining system integrity, and helping eliminate process delays that impact the business.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Maintain and support BOM accuracy by entering and updating raw material and finished goods data within the ERP system
Prepare and manage product setup information including calculations for raw material usage, planning items, and custom product templates
Support manufacturing efficiency by understanding machine capabilities, product features, and production throughput requirements
Ensure data integrity through audits, consistency reviews, and ongoing maintenance of engineering and product data
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and other teams to support accurate product builds and material flow
Identify and resolve process gaps that contribute to product delays or data inaccuracies
Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional operational projects as needed
The Essentials
Minimum of 1 year of related experience in manufacturing, supply chain, ERP systems, or BOM management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of supply chain concepts, MRP systems, and Bill of Materials (BOM) structures
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently or collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Optional but Impressive:
Associate degree or equivalent related experience
Experience working within an ERP system such as LX
Background supporting manufacturing or production environments
Experience with data audits, material planning, or process improvement initiatives
Familiarity with raw material calculations and product configuration processes
