Master Scheduler - Manufacturing

Position Summary

Audix is seeking a Master Scheduler to manage and optimize our production schedule for high-quality microphone manufacturing. This role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to support on-time delivery and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecasts and customer orders

• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and engineering to ensure schedule execution

• Monitor material availability and adjust schedules to address constraints

• Track and report on schedule attainment and on-time delivery

• Lead weekly production planning discussions

• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy (BOMs, lead times, routings)

• Support new product introductions (NPI) and capacity planning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling/planning experience in manufacturing

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills

• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-mix environment

Preferred

• Experience in electronics or audio product manufacturing

• APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification
