Lamination Adhesive/Coating Mixing Technician - 1st shift

• 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, M-F \n \n

Requirements: \n

\n

• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass our pre-employment Reading and Ruler tests. \n
• 1+ year previous complex auto mechanical, Coating Machine, Lamination Machine or Extrusion Machine Operation experience required \n
• Minimum of 6 months recent experience doing adhesive, ink or coating mixing required \n
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. \n
• Physically fit with no restrictions and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs. \n
• Must be able to tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors. \n
• Physical activity involves lifting, bending crouching, walking, sitting standing, kneeling, pulling, stretching and reaching throughout the shift without accommodations. \n \n

A Lamination \/ Coater Mixologist is responsible for assisting the Lamination and Coater Operators and Helpers to meet the daily production goals of the solvent base and solventless laminators and\/or coating machines by safely and accurately mixing the adhesives and coatings used for these processes. The Lamination \/ Coater Mixologist works under the direct guidance of the Process Engineer, the Production Supervisor and\/or the Manager of Plant Operations. \n \n
