T&K USA, Texas is seeking Punching, Quilting Section, Cutting and High Frequency Operator in one of our fast-paced automotive manufacturing plants for 1st and 2nd shift.

Primarily involves machine operation and assembly of raw materials, quilted components, often for vehicle interiors like leather seats or trim panels.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday and Saturday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Sunday Optional with double time pay)

2nd Shift: 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM Monday - Friday and Saturday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM. (Sunday Optional with double time pay)

Flexibility for Overtime is required?

Operating and monitoring punching and quilting machines: This includes setting up equipment, loading materials (fabric, foam, backing), and ensuring the machine runs correctly.

High Frequency Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring high-frequency equipment used in the manufacturing process of automotive components. The role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to strict safety and quality standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment.

Cutter Operator is responsible for operating machinery that cuts and shapes materials like metal, plastics, or fabrics for vehicle parts. Their work is crucial for producing a wide range of components, from precision-machined engine parts to upholstery fabrics and interior trim.

Inspecting and ensuring quality: Monitoring the sewn material for defects like broken threads, wrinkles, or uneven edges, and inspecting the finished quilted components for quality compliance.

Material handling and preparation: Selecting, measuring, cutting, and preparing raw materials according to specifications for the quilting process.

Troubleshooting and basic maintenance: Making minor adjustments and repairs to the quilting machine, such as threading needles, changing needles, and lubricating parts.

Working to production goals: Meeting production targets and adhering to established guidelines.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area: Performing daily cleaning and upkeep of the work station.

Cross-training: Willingness to learn and perform other tasks in the department or other areas of the manufacturing facility as needed.
