Production Line Technician - 3rd Shift Pay: $21.44/hr Shift: 3rd shift (9:00 PM - 5:30 AM) Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays) The Production Line Technician supports a fastpaced food manufacturing environment by operating and monitoring production lines, rotating through key tasks, and maintaining strict food safety and GMP standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production lines to maintain steady workflow. Rotate through stuffing, packaging, assembly, and bottling stations. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to reduce downtime. Maintain clean, organized work areas following GMP guidelines. Follow SOPs and food safety requirements. Inspect products and remove defective items. Perform repetitive hand tasks requiring strong dexterity. Handle packaging and bottling tasks in a fastpaced setting. Follow PPE rules (hair nets, smocks, no jewelry, no false nails/lashes). Participate in sanitation and handwashing procedures. Work collaboratively to meet production targets. Support required Saturday shifts as part of 3rd shift rotation. Essential Skills 1+ year in a production environment; food manufacturing preferred. Fastpaced food handling or fastfood experience a plus. Ability to follow GMPs and SOPs. Strong hand dexterity and handeye coordination. Ability to stand long periods and perform repetitive motions. Comfortable with strong food odors (vinegar, peppers). Qualityfocused with ability to identify defects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of AMERICAN CANYON, CA.
