We are hiring an Inventory Maintenance Coordinator to support our client in White Bear Lake during a busy period! This position plays an important role behind the scenes, helping manage inventory, coordinate purchasing, and support maintenance operations so everything runs efficiently each day. Schedule and pay Part-time: Monday through Friday from 12 pm to 6 pm, with flexibility to consider full time hours Six month contract with potential to extend Pay: $27.18 per hour What you will be doing Create and manage purchase orders while working with vendors and internal teams Track and organize incoming parts and keep the parts room clean and easy to navigate Monitor inventory levels and help maintain appropriate reorder points Keep purchasing and inventory records accurate in systems such as SAP or Ariba Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to support equipment and parts tracking Help resolve order or invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors as needed Support the team with additional tasks to keep operations running smoothly What we are looking for Experience with inventory, purchasing, or inventory maintenance coordination, ideally in a manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment Comfort working with systems like SAP, Ariba, and Excel Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Someone dependable who follows through and takes pride in their work Why this role matters If you are looking for a steady schedule, a supportive team, and a role where your organization and follow through really make a difference, we would love to connect! 10228758 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
