Ability to support flexible hours across shifts, including 2nd and 3rd shift coverage
Ability to support daily manufacturing operations and respond to tactical safety issues
Ability to participate in continuous improvement initiatives tied to safety targets
Recent graduates may be considered based on applicable experience
Preferred Skills Experience with fabrication environments
Experience with laser operations
Experience with bending operations
Experience with manual welding
Experience with robotic welding

Job Responsibilities Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing areas within fabrication departments
Support daily operations by responding to tactical safety issues
Address safety observations through proactive and reactive safety activities
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to achieve safety targets
Develop and implement safety and ergonomic improvement ideas
Specify and design tooling to improve safety in manufacturing areas
Support project execution, closure, and visibility to completion
Facilitate project communication between shifts
Support safety culture improvements through active engagement and project follow-through
