THE WORK
The selected candidate will be a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of Non-Exempt (20+) employees within the conformal coating area. Position responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the team, managing personnel, staffing, schedule compliance, and continuous improvement activities. The Candidate will also lead/facilitate a Performance Management team (PMT).

WHO YOU ARE
You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies.

Working experience with assemblies, Circuit Card Assembly Production and Coating application.Ability to interface with customers on a professional level.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance.

Knowledge of business metrics and performance tracking.

Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and compliance requirements.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

IPC/WHMA 610 Certified is a plus.
