Responsibilities

Perform production and manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently

Operate production equipment and machinery as assigned

Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production processes

Use pallet jacks or forklifts when assigned to Shipping & Receiving roles

Follow operational procedures, ITAR/ATF compliance standards, and company policies

Wear required PPE including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and protective equipment

Complete lifting and dexterity requirements during onboarding

Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Support overtime and weekend production schedules as needed

Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of prior production or manufacturing experience required

Ability to stand for the full shift

Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays when needed

Must speak and read English

Resume required with stable work history

Must demonstrate reliability and commitment to long-term employment

Must be eligible under ITAR/ATF requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee)

Must not be currently employed at or recently separated from a restricted facility without approval

Must be able to work without jewelry on the production floor

Must pass drug screening, background check, and physical assessments

Pay

$19.50 - $21.06 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift

5:45 AM - 2:00 PM

Swing Shift

1:45 PM - 10:00 PM

Grave Shift

9:45 PM - 6:00 AM

Full-Time | Overtime Available | Rotating Schedules Available
