Position Summary

The Parts Fulfillment Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for the accuracy, organization, and flow of inventory within the Parts Fulfillment Department. This role serves as a working supervisor, partnering directly with the team on the floor to ensure daily execution meets operational and service expectations.

With a strong focus on inventory integrity and control, the Supervisor oversees receiving, storage, cycle counting, and fulfillment processes to ensure parts are available, accurate, and efficiently distributed. This role balances leadership and executioncoaching the team while actively supporting workflow to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Maintain oversight and organization of all orders flowing through the Parts Fulfillment Department to ensure accurate and timely shipping.

Own inventory accuracy and control, including receiving, binning, cycle counting, and reconciliation of discrepancies.

Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members to drive accountability, productivity, and quality standards.

Create and manage team schedules and staffing levels to align with business demand.

Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.

Ensure adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.

Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service, Logistics, and other warehouse teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.

Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years of relevant warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment supervisory experience.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure workflow and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Knowledge and practical understanding of inventory management principles, processes, and accuracy controls.

Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and external partners.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel; experience with warehouse management or ERP systems preferred.

Fork Truck Operator License or ability to obtain.

Physical Demands

Combination of administrative and hands-on warehouse work (majority on the floor).

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and equipment operation.

Working Conditions

Combination of office and warehouse environment.
