Automion Process Technician II

Competitive Compension: Starting $32.50 per hour with shift differential pay increase $.90 per hour.

Shift: 2nd - 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday

We are seeking a Automion Process Technician II to join our Casa Grande team, specializing in high-quality plumbing products and fixtures. In this role, you will troubleshoot scrap and rework, monitor ACS, robotics, press and tooling. You will work with associed control systems throughout the plant. The Automion Technician I Process have a minimum of two years experience tooling, quality, maintenance production or other reled area and are willing to learn and adapt to Company needs.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

Troubleshoot scrap and rework.
Monitor the automion cell including ACS and robotics. Make adjustments as needed to optimize production.
Monitor the molding operions to ensure the press and tooling is performing proper specificion levels.
Maintain proper temperure ranges for the tooling by using the die temperure control system.
Perform and authorize any parameter changes needed for each press assigned.
Cree any deviions needed and communice to production management so changes can be implemented.
Troubleshoot and assist any issues reled to the installed tooling.
Coordine support from the maintenance or engineering teams as needed.
Maintain documention and log for deviions or parameter changes.
Work closely and coordine with the Production, Scheduling and Purchasing teams on all project-reled support responsibilities and activities.
Adhere to safety and 5s plant culture.
Perform other plant support as directed by the supervisor.
Maintain training on all applicable SOPs, LOPs, policies and procedures.
Automion Process Technicians must be able to opere power industrial equipment times to accomplish their work responsibilities

Key Qualificions

Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
Effective communicion skills for manufacturing production processes.

Must be least 18 years old.
Experience with Fanuc robots and Allen Bradley PLC is preferred.

Preferred Qualificions

A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred, with experience in tooling, quality, maintenance, and/or production.

Have previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Experience with mechanical troubleshooting is preferred

Have a nural ability to problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.

A strong work ethic th includes the ability to work 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts while sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting.

The flexibility to change shifts as the plant moves into future phases of production and operability.

A positive, adaptable, hard-working, and pient mindset.

A willingness to help with activities th may be outside of your job scope, especially as plant operions transition .
