About the Role This role is ideal for someone with a background or strong interest in health, wellness, nutrition, supplements, biohacking, biology, food science, laboratory operations, nutrition science, or health-related manufacturing who also enjoys project coordination and customer-facing collaboration. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating moving parts, managing technical and customer communications, and supporting innovative wellness products in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Communicate directly with customers to deliver and convey their process and value. Support customer accounts throughout the product development and manufacturing lifecycle Coordinate timelines, technical deliverables, and cross-functional communication across R D, Operations, Production, and Quality teams Assist with product launch activities, rollout coordination, and commercialization efforts Participate in customer meetings, formulation discussions, tastings, and project update calls Track project progress, specifications, and operational updates using ClickUp, Redzone, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Prepare quotes, product templates, cost sheets, technical documentation, and customer-facing materials Support multiple active product initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving manufacturing environment Travel occasionally for trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events within the health and wellness sector Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in food science, biology, laboratory support, manufacturing coordination, nutraceuticals, supplements, beverage production, customer account management, project coordination, or related industries Bachelor's degree or coursework in Biology, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Health Sciences, or related scientific fields is highly preferred Required Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple scientific or operational projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through skills Comfortable collaborating across R D, Production, Quality, and customer-facing teams Experience with Oracle, ClickUp, Redzone, laboratory systems, or manufacturing software is a plus Familiarity with food, beverage, supplement, nutraceutical, wellness, or consumer health manufacturing environments strongly preferred Interest in nutrition science, wellness innovation, functional ingredients, or product development is highly valued Preferred Skills Scientific curiosity and interest in health-focused consumer products Experience working in laboratory, manufacturing, food production, or regulated environments Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable working in high-growth environments with evolving priorities Interest in long-term career growth within product development, operations, or scientific manufacturing industries Compensation & Benefits Base salary depending on experience Performance-based growth opportunities Standard Monday-Friday schedule Full onsite training with potential hybrid flexibility after onboarding Medical coverage through Florida Blue Dental and vision coverage through SunLife 401(k) with company match up to 6% after eligibility period PTO and paid holidays Strong advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing organization Equal Opportunity Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to protected characteristics in accordance with applicable laws.
