What You'll Do Each Day: Build and assemble composite parts with your hands, focusing on small parts and careful detail (sometimes in tight spaces) Keep your work area clean and organized, following 6S workplace principles Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality Always follow safety guidelines, wear your PPE, fill out necessary paperwork, and work together with your team What Makes a Great Candidate: At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or similar work High school diploma or GED Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely Comfortable working with your hands and on your feet Basic computer skills to follow instructions and record work Schedule: Day Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm (with overtime on Fridays) Next Steps: Ready to take the next step in your career?
