Job Title: Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Lead
Location: Knoxville, TN. Some relocation assistance may be available.
Shift: 1st or 3rd
Compensation: $30 - $34/hr + benefits.
Job Summary:
Were a nationwide food manufacturer looking for a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Lead to join our team. In this role, youll install, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipmentfrom conveyors and packaging machines to pumps and electrical systems. If youre a hands-on problem solver with a background in industrial maintenance, wed love to hear from you.
Job Requirements:

2-year technical degree in Electrical/Mechanical repair and 4+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience or 7 years relevant experience

Experience with high-speed food or pharmaceutical packaging equipment preferred

Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills

Proficiency with PLCs, welding (TIG, Stick), and power/precision tools

Able to work in demanding environments (noise, heat, cold, heights) and perform physically active tasks

Comfortable using forklifts, lifts, and reading technical manuals/blueprints
