Solid understanding of machining practices
Advanced understanding of CNC programming language
Advanced manufacturing or machining training and/or certification, or 3+ years of manufacturing and machining experience preferred
Experience with advanced CNC machine setup and operation
Experience selecting and setting up tooling and fixtures
Experience adjusting tooling and work offsets
Experience troubleshooting and editing existing CNC programs
Experience with basic program development
Working knowledge of QMS, MAX, and SPC databases as needed
Preferred Skills Advanced manufacturing or machining training
Machining certification
3+ years of manufacturing and machining experience
Experience performing significant edits to existing CNC programs
Experience supporting quality and process control systems in a machining environment
Job Responsibilities Operate and execute advanced CNC machine setup and programming
Select and set up appropriate tooling and fixtures
Adjust tooling and work offsets
Troubleshoot current CNC programs and perform significant program edits
Develop basic CNC programs
Use QMS, MAX, and SPC databases as required
Support machining operations through setup, programming, and process execution
