Tooling & Maintenance Coordinator

SummaryThe Tooling & Maintenance Coordinator provides essential support to themaintenance department, with an emphasis on maintenance and production toolingand supplies. Critical duties include spare parts management, initiatingpurchase requisitions, and inspecting tooling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store maintenance supplies and parts delivered fromthe Receiving department; enter parts into the Maintenance Connection softwareas required.
• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for maintenance parts and supplies.
• Maintain and update the Maintenance Email Request spreadsheet.
• Inspect and clean draw dies and extrusion tooling.
• Communicate tooling issues, requirements, and improvement needs to ProcessEngineering.
• Operate the Fluidized Bath Tool Cleaning System in accordance withestablished procedures.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on extrusion ink-jet printingsystems.
• Coordinate and document the braider rebuild program.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and maintenance mechanics to order,track, and store braider parts as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to use precision measuring devices, including but not limited tomicrometers, dial calipers, pin gauges and tape measures.
• Proficiency with standard computer software, including Outlook, Excel, andWord.
• Previous experience with Maintenance Connection software preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
