Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Direct the planning of complex engineering projects related to manufacturing systems used in the production of semiconductor packaging products. Lead manufacturing engineers in the design and development of manufacturing processes, custom tooling, and robotic integration using advanced engineering principles. Establish and direct administrative procedures and budgets for the engineering department, focusing on capital expenditures for new engineering technology and infrastructure. Oversee the Research and Development (R&D) of new manufacturing methods, evaluating the technical feasibility of complex engineering designs before full-scale implementation. Direct the development of technical quality control standards and engineering specifications to ensure all manufactured products meet internal and industry-standard technical requirements.
