CNC Programmer

Are you a precision-driven machinist who views a complex setup as a puzzle waiting to be solved? Randstad is looking for a CNC Setup Machinist to join a high-caliber team in Raleigh that values technical expertise over repetitive production.

In this role, you won’t just be pushing buttons; you’ll be the bridge between a Solidworks design and a finished high-tolerance part. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and the mechanical intuition to troubleshoot on the fly. salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform complex machine setups and operations with continuous mental and visual attention.
  
  
• Maintain constant alertness to ensure safety, quality, and production efficiency.
  
  
• Use hands and arms to finger, handle, or feel objects and tools with high dexterity.
  
  
• Collaborate within a team environment to meet production goals and refine manufacturing processes.
