Production Supervisor

Our Lebanon, NH client needs a Production Supervisor for their team. If you have at least two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, then consider this full-time, first-shift role with every other Friday off!

Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor

* Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and develop production team members

* Organize and monitor work flow, schedule and assign personnel, and monitor processes to meet production goals

* Ensure proper operation of all equipment

* Compile and analyze production performance data

* Create and revise systems and procedures, and implement improvements

* Enforce quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures

* Foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments

* Perform additional tasks as required
