Maintenance Lead

LK Jordan is hiring a Maintenance Lead to manage maintenance functions across three shop supporting the millwork-manufacturing industry. This is a hands-on senior technician role who will be responsible for running the preventative maintenance program, manage vendor relationships, coordinate duties between two technicians, and be the go-to person when equipment goes down. Schedule is MondayFriday, with on-call response for after-hours emergencies. Locations are in San Antonio with periodic travel to Austin.

Pay rate is $36- $45 hourly depending on experience!

What Youll Own

• 
  Troubleshooting and repair of CNC routers, edgebanders, panel saws, widebelts, and shop equipment across all three shops
  
• 
  The preventive maintenance program building it, running it, and holding it accountable
  
• 
  Vendor relationships for HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, CNC OEM service, and facilities work
  
• 
  Coordination of job duties between two technicians (one in SA, one in Austin)
  
• 
  CMMS rollout and work order documentation
  
• 
  Parts inventory and maintenance spend
  

What Were Looking For

• 
  5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in woodworking or manufacturing
  
• 
  Strong hands-on skills across industrial electrical (480V 3-phase), mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  
• 
  Experience troubleshooting CNC machinery strongly preferred
  
• 
  Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  
• 
  Comfortable managing vendors and juggling priorities across multiple locations
  
• 
  Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  
• 
  Valid drivers license youll be driving between shops
  
• 
  Self-directed, organized, and someone who documents their work
