Location: Norfolk, NE

Shift: 1 st shift: Monday – Thursday | 6am-4pm

Pay: $15.00/hour

Job Summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a motivated and physically active Industrial Laundry Production Associate . This is a fast-paced, industrial environment where precision and physical stamina are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Safely unload clean laundry from industrial-scale dryers and washers.
• Reach & Retrieval: Access and retrieve items from deep industrial dryer drums and overhead garment rail systems.
• Quality Control: Inspect linens and uniforms for cleanliness and repair needs before bagging.
• Sorting & Bagging: Accurately sort items according to client specifications and place them into bags or onto hanging racks.
• Workflow Coordination: Work closely to maintain a steady flow of production.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Functional Reach: Must be able to consistently reach into 5-foot-deep industrial equipment and access overhead storage/hanging racks throughout the shift.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive reaching, bending, and pulling motions.
• Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift and maneuver laundry bags and bundles weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Environment: Ability to work comfortably in an industrial warehouse
• Communication: Strong attention to detail
