PLANT MANAGER

Local HEAVY industrial plant has an immediate need for a Plant Manager with at least 10 years of experience in coal, waste to energy or power generation industry along with a proven background in leadership to oversee the day-to-day operations as well as meeting the long term objectives **Essential Qualifications:**

• Specifically seeking candidates with solid fuel experienceranging from coal waste to energy biomass and other solid materials such as wood chips, paper pulp, and nutshells.
• The key requirement is hands-on experience with solid fuels and 10+ years of hands-on experience in power generation and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in planning and executing facility outages efficiently, ensuring adherence to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) commitments.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or business required or equivalent experience
• Experience building and maintaining a culture of environmental and safety excellence.
• Well versed in environmental compliance
• Develop and manage budgets
• Oversee safe execution of outages
• Proficient in developing sustainable facility budget forecasts to maximize financial contributions.
• Provide excellent leadership to encourage a culture of collaboration and safety
