For 75years, our company has built a reputation for quality, reliability, andlong-term customer partnerships from our headquarters in Virginia. That legacyis now driving our next phase of growth: the launch of a new, state-of-the-artlight pole manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City.
We areseeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead this new operation from the groundup. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for establishing theculture, building the team, and executing the operational strategy that willdefine our success in the region. The right candidate will bring a balance ofhands-on manufacturing expertise, disciplined operational leadership, and theability to scale a facility while maintaining the standards that have definedour company for decades.

KeyResponsibilities

Providestrong leadership and direction to plant operations, including production,maintenance, quality, and safety
Drivea culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensureplant performance meets or exceeds targets for efficiency, cost, quality, anddelivery
Develop,coach, and engage supervisors and frontline leaders
Implementand sustain standard operating procedures and best practices learned duringinitial training period
Partnerwith corporate and crossfunctional teams to align plant objectives withbusiness goals
Manageplant budgets, staffing plans, and capital projects as needed
Ensurecompliance with all regulatory, environmental, and company standards

Extensivetravel will be required during the first year to support the successful launchof the new location.

Learncompany systems, production processes, and performance expectations
Buildstrong relationships with leadership and operations teams
Preparefor smooth transition to full plant leadership role in Oklahoma City

Qualifications

Bachelorsdegree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (orequivalent experience)
8years of plant or manufacturing leadership experience; Plant Manager experiencestrongly preferred
Provensuccess leading teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strongworking knowledge of safety programs, lean manufacturing, and continuousimprovement
Excellentleadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
