Production Associate - Food Manufacturing | Tremonton, UT

Nexeo HR is hiring dependable and motivated Production Associates for a leading food manufacturing facility in Tremonton, UT. This hands-on role supports production and sanitation operations in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working 12-hour shifts while contributing to the production of high-quality food products. This opportunity offers long-term stability, built-in overtime, and on-the-job training including equipment operation and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Support end-of-line production tasks such as packing, folding cartons/totes, and rework

Perform general sanitation in production and GMP areas

Follow all SOPs, safety, food safety, and quality standards

Operate or assist with equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, scan guns, and lifts

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Lift, move, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Assist with non-automated or special packaging processes

Complete required training and follow written and verbal instructions

Maintain strong attendance and reliability

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid ID

Must pass a 7-panel drug test

Must pass a national background check (no felonies or theft/violence-related charges within 7 years)

Must complete a work screen prior to start

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

High school diploma or GED required (education verification form required)

Comfortable working in hot, humid, or production environments

Basic math and computer skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow directions and complete tasks under supervision

Pay

$21.00 per hour

Schedule

12-hour night shift: 4:15 PM - 4:30 AM

2-2-3 rotation (every other weekend off)

Week 1: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on

Week 2: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

36/48-hour alternating workweek with built-in overtime
