You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the MultiFunctional Manufacturing Team. Our team is responsible for delivering highquality manufacturing, assembly, testing, and coating operations across multiple functional areas.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a crosstrained crew to execute daytoday manufacturing tasks safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing daytoday leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality compliance across machining, assembly, toolanddie, and packaging functions.
  • Managing recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions for subordinate employees.
  • Coordinating multifunctional manufacturing activities, including machining, assembly, testing, and coating processes.
  • Driving process improvements and supporting crossfunctional collaboration.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Experience:
Previous supervisory or leadrole experience overseeing multiskill teams.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Security:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) security clearance; current clearance preferred.Must be able to read engineering drawings,
blueprints and interpret/translate instructions to
mechanics / technicians.

Must be able to work in fast-paced, flexible
environment.

Must have good conflict-resolution skills and the
ability to build respectful working relationships.
