Process Technician

Comprend, suit et fait respecter toutes les politiques etablies en matiere de securite, sante, qualite GMP et celles de lentreprise, ainsi que les pratiques reconnues.

Participe aux projets damelioration continue de la qualite et aux autres activites connexes assignees.

Opere un groupe de machines de moulage par soufflage de plastique et les equipements auxiliaires, produisant des bouteilles de maniere securitaire et de haute qualite (KHS, SIDEL, SIPA, SBM ou similaire).

Effectue le traitement des machines de soufflage afin dameliorer lefficacite des machines et de reduire les rebuts.

Effectue des controles de qualite frequents et en temps opportun sur les produits fabriques selon les normes de qualite etablies.

Assiste les autres operateurs et le personnel de maintenance pour les reparations mecaniques.

Effectue les travaux de maintenance preventive assignes, au besoin.

Maintient la zone de travail selon des normes acceptables de securite et de proprete.

Complete et classe toute la documentation requise de facon organisee et en temps opportun.

Opere les equipements afin de minimiser la generation et maximiser lutilisation de regranule, purge et rebuts.

Identifie correctement le regranule et les rebuts produits.

Communique les informations de procede au personnel designe lors du quart entrant.

Assiste les autres operateurs au besoin.

Autres taches assignees.

• Understands, follows and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities as assigned

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment producing bottles in a safe and high-quality method such as KHS or SIDEL, SIPA, SBM or similar.

• Perform processing of blow molding machines to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.

• Make frequent on time quality checks on products being produced from established quality standards.

• Assist other Operators and maintenance personnel on mechanical repairs.

• Perform assigned preventative maintenance work as required.

• Maintain work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards.

• Complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner.

• Operate equipment to minimize the generation and maximize the consumption of regrind, purge and scrap.

• Properly identify regrind and scrap produced.

• Communicate processing information to designated personnel on incoming shift.

• Assist other Operators as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.
