Night Production Supervisor

Position Summary:As a Production Supervisor at Amphenol Industrial you will be responsible for overseeing our manufacturing operations and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. You will lead a team of production workers, manage day-to-day production activities, and contribute to our startup's growth and success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance, motivation and support to ensure maximum productivity and performanceCollaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and execute production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource allocationEnforce quality control measures to maintain product quality and compliance with industry standards and specificationsPromote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team membersIdentify opportunities for process improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvementTrain and mentor production teams members, supporting their skill development and growth within the companyMonitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing wasteMaintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for compliance and analysis purposesAddress production related issues promptly, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective action to prevent recurrence

Qualifications:Required:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred5 years of experience as a production supervisor in a manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem solving and decision making abilitiesKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimizationStrong knowledge in lean, six sigma, and ISO 9001

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production related softwareAbility to gather, clean, and analyze dataStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to change
