Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an early career Manufacturing Lead to support the Vehicle Integration Team in Courtland, AL!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provides status of the vehicle, leads planning meetings, seeks inputs from team members and drives "scrubbing" of the plan
Seeks technical guidance from the team and leads decision process
Drives reviews / refinement of the schedule
Continually performs contingency planning; seeking more advice/guidance
Ensures effective communication to team members
Provides status updates via reports utilizing data (earned value, reports status) Experience in a manufacturing environment
Leadership Experience (Formal or Informal)
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (U.S Citizenship required) Experience in High Rate Production Manufacturing
Strong Verbal and Written Skills
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skill
Experience with Microsoft Project or similar software
Experience with critical path methodology
Knowledge of Schedule Performance and Earned Value Management
Industrial Engineering degree
