About the position
The position is a full time position. This position includes labour and possibly operating machinery (lift trucks, fork lift, hoists, and baggers). Ensure production activities are conducted in a safe manner while creating quality product in a timely fashion.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Detailed measuring of ingredients
- Scale Operation
- Quality assurance
- Lot tracking
- Ingredient quantities as per batch sheet
- Verifying batch sheet quantities/Run bag line
- Housekeeping
- General Plant Cleaning
- All other duties required
- Must have a safe work attitude
- Able to work in a team
- Maintain a respectful and positive attitude
- Perform the necessary tasks in a timely manner
- Able to work in a variety of environmental conditions, hot and cold temperatures and dusty conditions.
- Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
- High school education or equivalent
- 3 Months Experience
- Work in accordance with local/provincial legislation
- Understands and is accountable for full compliance with safety and other EHS requirements
