Location: Delta
Pay rate: $21 per hour
Schedule/ Shifts: Monday to Friday - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
-Transit accessible
-You have Steel Toe Boots and WHMIS certification
-You are eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities
Read and interpret detailed drawing instructions for the production of boat tubes and collars
Mark, measure, and prepare various fabric materials for assembly
Apply specialized adhesives and glue fabric components onto inflatable tubes
Use a variety of hand tools to complete tasks such as cutting, buffing, and finishing
Maintain high quality standards and workmanship requirements for every unit produced
Work collaboratively with supervisors, team leaders, and engineers to meet production targets
Attain daily delivery goals through standardized work and efficient task management
Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, including the handling of chemicals
Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Complete necessary production paperwork and documentation accurately
Participate in cross-training across multiple tasks within the department
Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture through active participation

Qualifications
Minimum of Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent educational background
Ability to lift and move up to 23 kg (50 lbs) on a regular basis
Comfortable working in an environment with strong-smelling adhesives and chemicals (e.g., MEK)
Capability to stand, bend, and move for the duration of a full shift
Possession of or willingness to obtain steel-toe work boots
Proven ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings
Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
Flexibility to work Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 AM
Legal authorization to work in Canada is mandatory
Previous experience in manufacturing & logistics or production is considered an asset
Commitment to maintaining ISO 9001 quality standards in all work performed
Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and professional development
