Be the one who keeps production moving while others are off; your impact really shows. What You'll Do Set up and run CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machinesnot just load parts. Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and tight tolerances with confidence. Make offsets and basic program edits on controls like Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak. Select tooling, dial in cutting parameters, and perform fixture setup and part changeovers. Handle first article and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, bore and height gauges. Support preventative maintenance and help keep machines running reliably. What You Bring 3-10+ years of CNC machining experience. Strong setup and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of feeds/speeds, materials (steel, aluminum, stainless), and tooling. Quality mindset, attention to detail, and reliabilityespecially when you're the one the shop counts on over the weekend. Nice-to-Haves CAD/CAM experience (Mastercam, Fusion 360). Multi-axis (4th/5th), proto@type, or short-run production experience. Proven record of reducing scrap and improving cycle times.
