Production Supervisor Location: Whitestown, IN
Compensation: $77,000$103,000/year
Direct Hire | 48-52 hours per week
Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with an established manufacturing company in Whitestown, IN. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys coaching teams, driving efficiency, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. This is a full-time opportunity that typically requires 45-52 hours per week, with additional overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead daily production operations
• Coach, train, and develop production employees
• Monitor productivity and ensure production goals are met
• Maintain and enforce safety and quality standards
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
• Allocate labor effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Cross-train team members and support overall team development
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and production records

Qualifications:

• 57 years of manufacturing experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of safety and quality procedures
• Flexible to work overtime and additional hours as needed
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the facility regularly
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• This is a hands-on leadership role where supervisors are expected to work alongside the team when needed
