We are seeking a skilled Swiss CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain Swiss-style CNC machines to produce high-precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience working with tight tolerances, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC machines Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job travelers Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits Monitor machining operations to ensure parts meet specifications Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments Maintain production efficiency and minimize scrap Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, organized workspace Accurately document production and quality results Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred) Minimum 2+ years of experience operating Swiss CNC machines Strong understanding of G-code and CNC controls Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Experience working with tight tolerances (0.0005" or similar) Familiarity with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: Experience with Swiss CNC machines (e.g., Citizen or similar) Knowledge of multi-axis machining Basic CNC programming or editing experience Experience in precision manufacturing environments such as medical, aerospace, or similar industries Work Environment: Manufacturing/production floor setting Requires standing for extended periods Exposure to machine noise and cutting fluids Benefits: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage Company-paid life insurance Retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Tool purchase assistance program Safe, clean, and well-maintained work environment
