Maintenance Specialist - Manufacturing Environment

Now, were looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Specialist to keep our operations running safely and efficiently.
This is not your average maintenance role. Youll be the go-to expert keeping both our facility and manufacturing equipment in top shape. Duties include:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and root cause analysis on production issues
- Handle facility upkeep: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, and more
- Complete interior repairs (drywall, flooring, fixtures) and support building aesthetics
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party contractors
- Maintain inspection records (fire, sprinkler, safety compliance)
- Support snow removal and exterior maintenance during winter months
- Play an active role in safety initiatives and OSHA compliance
Qualified candidates will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or manufacturing environments
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and general facility systems
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and fix complex issues
- A Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and jump in wherever needed
- A Valid drivers license
- Ability to be standing / walking throughout your shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort in working in varying conditions (including heights and outdoor elements during all seasons)
- OSHA 10 hour certification (or willingness to obtain after hire)
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations
- Forklift or equipment operation experience (or willingness to learn)
