Employment Type: Temp-to-HireAbout the RoleCardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Technician / Whey Utilities team members for a reputable employer in St. Johns, MI. This is a hands-on production support role in a fast-paced food manufacturing and dairy processing environment.Key Responsibilities

• Assist with operational tasks within the whey production department
• Monitor product samples and ensure they meet quality specifications
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production and product loss
• Support communication between operators, supervisors, and plant leadership
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production work environment

Job Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work a 12-hour A Shift schedule (6:00 AM 6:00 PM)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Basic computer or documentation skills
