Assistant Plant Manager (OR)

We are conducting a search for an Assistant Plant Manager for a food/beverage manufacturer in Oregon.

Candidate should have a BS degree in Business Management or a related field and at least 5 - 10 years progressive work experience in food and beverage manufacturing. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is needed. Candidate also needs excellent floor leadership with the necessary skills to embrace and implement change.
