What You'll Be Doing...

As a key member of our Trantorque Operations team, you will:

Operate will manufacture quality Trantorque products by performing preset, set-up and operation of CNC lathes and PLC and/or CNC secondary machines; finish, assemble, package and perform material handling duties.

Perform visual inspection to meet product quality requirements.

Operate CNC Machine Cell with minimal assistance. Measure parts, make offset wear adjustments, and change worn tools (in a timely manner).

Perform Vibratory and assembly operations with minimal assistance required to meet customer needs.

Read and interpret work orders and comments to ensure product accuracy.

Follow ISO work instruction standards after training and sign-off.

Adjust equipment and processes to meet product specifications.

Ask for help when needed to ensure successful production and minimize scrap.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace using the "6S" system.

Embrace changes in the work environment to support internal and external customer satisfaction.

Adapt to shifting work priorities as needed.

Promote safety by identifying and reporting unsafe conditions.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Uphold and promote Precision Polymers' values and behaviors at all times.

What We're Looking For...

We're seeking a team member who:

Has a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience (1-3 months preferred).

Is detail-oriented and comfortable using measurement tools.

Can read and comprehend technical documents and work orders.

Is committed to safety and continuous improvement.

Works well in a team environment and communicates effectively.

Is adaptable to changing priorities and open to learning new processes.

Demonstrates initiative and a positive attitude.

Is willing to grow and take on new responsibilities.
