Adecco is hiring a CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity in West Chester, PA. This is a great chance to join a stable manufacturing team with hands-on work across a variety of machines and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a variety of machine tools including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and drill presses
Work from blues, sketches, and engineering drawings to fabricate machinedponents
Perform shop calculations to determine tooling, feeds, and speeds
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
Assist with basic machine programming as needed
Collaborate with team leads toplete jobs accurately and on schedule
Qualifications
Ability to read blues and interpret measurements and angles
Working knowledge of machining tools and inspection equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Goodmunication skills
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical work
Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED preferred
0-2 years of machining experience preferred
Experience with CNC, lathe, and manual machines is a plus
Equivalentbination of training and experience will be considered
