This role is ideal for someone who can learn quickly, work independently once trained, and follow a structured assembly process from start to finish. The position operates in a small team environment (1-2 person station) and requires strong attention to detail and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble patio door components according to production specifications

Follow step-by-step assembly processes from start to finish

Measure, align, and fit materials accurately to ensure quality standards

Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper function

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy

Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements

Shift & Pay

$13.00/hour

Monday-Thursday / 8:00 AM-7:00PM

Overtime required based on production needs

Requirements:

Ability to learn processes quickly and work independently after training

Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness

Dependable attendance and consistent work performance required

Comfortable standing for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs as needed

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior assembly or manufacturing experience

Experience using measuring tools and hand tools
