Inventory Supervisor - Night Shift Pay: $31.25 - $40.87/hourSchedule: Sunday 9:45pm - 4:15am, Monday to Thursday 7:15pm - 4:15am

What You'll Do

Plan and manage efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to support production and operational goals

Develop, maintain, and analyze warehouse performance reports and KPIsOrder warehouse supplies and manage warehouse invoice processingPrepare warehouse operations for internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards is maintainedTrain, certify, and monitor Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operators; ensure certifications remain current and compliantPromote a culture of professionalism, operational excellence, safety, and accountability while driving results for the team

What Helps You Succeed

3-5 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and/or supply chain1-2 years' experience leading a successful teamFamiliarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts (course completion and/or certification preferred)Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteEffective communication in the English language, both written and verbalForklift certification is an asset
