Process Engineer I - 2nd Shift

We re looking for a Process Engineer I to help drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment using Lean Manufacturing and process optimization tools. This is a handson role where you ll work directly with production teams to improve workflows, reduce waste, and support quality and efficiency goals.

What You ll Do

• 
  Improve manufacturing processes through Kaizen and continuous improvement projects
  

• 
  Support Lean initiatives that impact KPIs, efficiency, and cost
  

• 
  Work handson with production teams to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities
  

• 
  Troubleshoot production issues and help implement corrective actions
  

• 
  Create process flow documentation and support equipment specifications
  

• 
  Collect data, analyze results, and present project updates
  

• 
  Support operations and customer needs in a fastpaced manufacturing setting
  

What We re Looking For

• 
  Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field
  

• 
  2 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  

• 
  Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Lean Six Sigma concepts (5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, etc.)
  

• 
  Strong communication and teamwork skills
  

• 
  Comfortable working crossfunctionally and independently
  

• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
