This position exists to provide leadership to MC site in Kaukauna (WI) and drive the implementation of activities/elements required to achieve a successful world-class operations for the following: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Efficiency and Engagement (all critical measurement for plant success). Will provide the link between the Senior Leadership Team and the site Leaders.
Lead the Kaukauna site to meet all critical measurements to success
Coaching & development of local site Leaders
Compliance with all government, local, corporate and MC regulations / policies
Succession Planning
Follow up on budget and expenses to meet the Operating Plan
Link between the VP and site Leaders
Drive Safety and Continuous Improvement Programs
Champion Diversity and Inclusion
Communicate, explain and implement the MC business strategy
Reduce complaints & irritations from customers
Manage Inventory levels using appropriate tools and guidelines
Reduce process waste and defective work
Work close with Technical and Sales organization to meet market demands
Develop a climate of engagement / Labor Relations

Required Experience:
Education Requirements:
Bachelor Degree ( Management, Engineering, Textiles, etc.) from a recognized education institution.
MBA is desired.
S ix Sigma Black Belt certification is desired.
