2nd Shift: MondayFriday | 4:00pm12:00am

We are hiring immediately for a Bilingual 2nd Shift Production Lead in Sibley, IA! This hands-on leadership role at a well-established production facility lets you work directly with the team to ensure safety, quality, and productivity while earning weekly pay and a shift differential. Leadership, reliability, and a strong work ethic are what matter most!

Responsibilities:

• Help supervise, train, and coach production team members to meet daily production goals
  Monitor production efficiency and workflow while ensuring compliance with OSHA and quality standards
  Troubleshoot production issues, including drying and blending processes
  Complete accurate daily documentation including production, downtime, and quality reports
  Assign daily tasks, manage breaks, and communicate effectively with other departments and leadership
  Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
  Manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred
  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  Good time management and organizational skills
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
